How we communicate with our audiences has impact. A strong brand builds trust. It creates understanding and it enhances Mizzou’s reputation. The Mizzou brand is made up of two essential parts, our visual style and our strategic messaging.
Our visual style consists of long-term elements including logos (which we call signatures), institutional marks, the colors black and gold and our stationery policy.
Strategic messaging on the other hand is how we communicate with our audiences, allowing us to speak in one voice. It creates lasting and impactful messaging for students, faculty, staff, alumni, corporate partners and the public at large.
